Alghero DOC Torbato

The Alghero Torbato DOC is reserved for wines that contain at least 85% Torbato, with the permitted addition of varieties of the same color, authorized for the Sardinia region. The organoleptic characteristics of Alghero Torbato DOC include a straw yellow color. The olfactory profile of Alghero Torbato DOC wine is characteristic and intense, and it is sapid and balanced on the palate.

Alghero Torbato DOC also includes a Spumante version, characterised by an intense straw yellow color, with fine and persistent bubbles and a pleasant and fruity olfactory profile. On the palate, it is dry, sweet and balanced.
